Adaptation Programs
Zylin offers two Standard Adaptation Packages that include a pre-defined set of adaptations and support contacts,
and Custom Adaptation contracts. With the Standard Adaptation Package, the customer knows in advance the total cost, and can anticipate the total extent of Zylin's
involvement in the adaptation process.
Standard Adaptation Package
The ZIM Standard Adaptation Package includes:
- Zylin Support
- Phone support for two weeks.
- Email support for four weeks
- Zylin Adaptation Engineering (4 hours)
- ZIM PRO Adaptation Manual, which describes:
- How to map your adaptation needs.
- What information needs to be collected.
- Which fields can be modified, and how to modify them.
- Best practices to define processes and incident categories.
- ZIM PRO Supervisors Manual
with Customer-specific Appendix
- ZIM PRO Users Manual
with Customer-specific Appendix
Standard Adaptation Plus
The ZIM Standard Adaptation Plus Package includes:
- All the features in the Standard Adaptation Package
- An additional 16 hours of Zylin Adaptation Engineering
